I was making a joke about doing what the rags do and nicking it, then selling it to the person who wanted it for 300% markup.

But that would never happen with the state of the site and phone system right now. ;-)

What really pissed me off was our own Supporter Services online twitter help mob have spent all fckin day going out of their way to help Ed fckin Sheeran concert goers. Whilst completley ignoring every poor bastard City fan who has asked for help over the last 48 hours of meltdown. Absolute fckin disgrace. Sorry for swearing!

I've got it on me Tonight.

City and their IT department launch their new 2028/19 season website interactive keyboard.

It will be sent to fans shortly along with their season tickets.(if you managed to get one?)

I have one word of praise for our supporters services people and website providers, at least when they fail absolutely and miserably to deliver any sort of half decent service they haven't got the brass neck to ask "is their anything else I can help you with today ?"
 
They've obviously cocked up but its rare anything that has a dramatic Influx of traffic at once works as intended, look at ticket websites for music events etc they regularly go down for the really big events and they deal with it on a daily basis. The relocation window aside, I buy tickets online for pretty much every single away game and have never once had an issue with the ticket website

It may not actually be gone, it may just be showing it is gone.

When I purchased tickets for the Basel match it did that to me, as I wanted us to be sat next to my mate and his missus. I originally chose the seats, then the site froze and wouldn’t load. When I finally got it to come up again it showed those seats taken. It took three tries over a couple of hours for it finally to “release” the seats and make them available again.

Sorry mate not having that. It was the same last year, nowt was done, another shambles this year and now the website is being re-done. They knew what the traffic would be like and should have geared up accordingly

The thing is, they know what the likely traffic is going to be and it is nowhere near the traffic of a big event when everybody is trying to buy at the same time. That is why they have staggered windows with different criteria. Its very poor.
