Unfortunately this is the new system they have used
But a bit of perspective for the people who have had problems with the system.
The majority have not and have renewed very easily.
They have sold and processed 44000 season ticketc in just over 2 weeks so it can't be all bad unless you are one of the small percentage of people who have had problems.

No this isn't the new one. The biggest problem seems to have been current one requires flash and a lot of devices don't work. The new one is using seat geek and should work on any device.

The problems seemed to be with new sales. As far as I can tell just from bluemoon the renewal and relocation didn't seem to go too badly.

Its not the new one and why should there be any problems with an automated renewal ?

It's new purchases particularly and the Citizens Matchday purchase window was an absolute farce.

Living in Devon I have been able to join around 12 club websites over the past 15 years and been able to buy tickets for City games. In the last two weeks I have had crap service in trying to relocate and buying goods on the club website, why cannot City get the site sorted they must be getting very bad feedback from fans/customers/ punters just take your pick.

To be fair, most PL club websites are shit. But ours was decent before they fucked it up which makes it more annoying. There's just no order to it whatsoever, the main story takes up the entire page so you've got to scroll down to see anything and you have to click on the links before you get the drop down menu rather than just hovering over it, and if I wanted to look at the players's twitter feeds, I'd just go on fucking twitter.

I agree with this. No order. I like to read the gossip (what used to be under 'what the media says'), especially in pre season but I have to hope to stumble across to find it now. Part two of the chairman' iinterview, is with part one? Is it fuck! Again, I had to keep clicking til I fell upon it. That's not to mention the problems when trying to log in. It's fucking rubbish.
