Not defending the club in any way, shape or form, but are tickets non-transferable?
Technically yes but people have spares all the time. Just look in the ticket forum on this very site, does a very similar job.

Like i said, not defending the club as i would have used the exchange. Just wondering if the club will say one thing, then change tack using the above as an excuse. Just silly when people show a bit of willing and orginality the club squash it. Maybe it wasnt the club, maybe vivago had a hand in this?

Set the page up without the term 'MCFC' in the twitter name, then the club can't touch you.

Everything is through private sales, via face value. Therefore not illegal and done in the correct manner.

The club can't touch you, if they delete it, make another one. They have no case to answer for at all in this, just make another.

Bar the fact that tickets are non-transferable

Why doesn't MCFC shut down bluemoon then?

tickets are bought and sold on here, spares and extras all done the correct way.

The club has seen it's arse about it.

I totally agree, thats why it think it wasnt just the club, i feel vivago may have had a hand in this. Its a shame as it was a good way to do things. Maybe the club turns a blind eye on here, but didnt want it all over twitter? I dont really know the answer to be honest & its pointless me trying to second guess the club, maybe an e mail or chat to danny wilson could help?

I think the worse thing to do could be talk to the club, they'll just overrule anything.

One rule for another, if they shut down the twitter site then they have to close everything down. Just set it up under a new name, can't touch you then.

It's all down to money obviously, just money and nothing else.

Yeah. Shame really. Although maybe Danny would give you the truth, I don't know, maybe I'm to naive
