As I have said before I don't believe that there is an agenda i.e. planned bias but there is clearly a bias and the reasons are monetary.
For instance in the media I see that Milner was offered £165,000 by City this is now accepted as read but why? He hasn't said anything, he doesn't have an agent and City haven't said anything yet there it is. But wait he signs for Liverpool, for less money, cue gloating Liverpool fans clicking sites to read the news to make them feel good. Has anyone seen any quotes about signing on fees? Does anyone really think that he hasn't received a signing on fee? Why hasn't this been reported maybe because they might not want to read about that
I now see that City have offered £30m for Sterling and City have started a bidding war. Yet the offer was initially reported as £25m plus £5M add ons in two days time the bid will be reported as £50m plus £300K per week. This type of reporting maintains the media pampering to the masses of City bad clicks, Liverpool, United and Arsenal good clicks
I do rise above it but sometimes I just get really frustrated by it as I know that at somepoint somewhere someone will state "City are trying to buy the league again"
