We should embrace it and create a Partisan atmosphere for any Journo' and Team that comes to Manchester. Similar to the 'Welcome To Hell' type of atmosphere in Turkey. Raheem Sterling was given an opportunity by Liverpool, supported by Liverpool and by his manager.

Their reward for that support was to have to listen to a young player imply through the media that somehow he had been maligned, in the position he was played or the money he was paid.

In the end he went from the club that gave him his chance, with a manager who backed him and nurtured him, in a move which was probably orchestrated by his agent.

You can bet your bottom dollar that his agent, after extricating himself from young Sterling’s backside, would have made a king’s ransom from the transfer — which, of course, he would not get from any renewal of contract at Liverpool.

Raheem has barely learnt his trade and he is off to the land of mercenaries for what?

For money and, of course, Champions League football, which he will be able to watch from the bench. We wouldn’t want the lad tired out again, would we?
