Making the point that there are no villians playing tonite, like petrodollar teams e.g., he also mentions all neutral fans like both teams.

What's that taken from?
There's no way Spurs team (or even squad) costs £730M. That looks like transfermarkt's current 'value' of them, which is much much more than Spurs have ever spent.

I just goes to show that the media will lift their figures from wherever suits their narrative.
Not just the media, but transfermarkt seems to be the go-to place nowadays, which is why costs quoted vary so much (euros at 2019 exchange rate, nominal 'market value', etc).
