Just watching back the game via BT Sports. Peter Walton, come on man, at least try to hide your bias...

According to him, not only was yesterday's first goal debatable, or even just the wrong decision, it was the decision that the whole of football and the premier league didn't want.

I'd say nobody likes winning games via incorrect decisions, but I can think of plenty of managers in our league who'd not apologise for it at full time, merely snigger and move on. Woke up this morning and western civilisation is still here, football hasn't spontaneously combusted.. So, sod 'em.

Wonder what he said about any of Liverpool's debatable offside this season? He can understand why they were given? Debatable but just reward for Cilla's little soldiers?

Today, Oliver Holt has thanked United for making him feel 16 again and has described Paddy Crerand as a "Gatekeeper of the soul of the club." The nauseating and sycophantic drivel spouted is pathetic.

Couldnt care less what he writes about other clubs. He’s normally bang on with city, objective but not biased for sure.

I sit infront of the media section in the CB1. He was there yesterday as he appreciates what we do, but no other “senior” reporter was there that I could see.
If theyd rather sit at home than watch the best team go all out for a quadruple, then fc em

He’s consistent in some respects in that he pretty much always seeks to apply the exact detail of the law - even when it seems at odds with common sense

I see Sunday Supp is going to be interesting today. 10am. We are second up on the “investigation“. In the “red” corner (of course) Rob Draper, though hopefully in the “blue” corner (after the podcast) Jonathan Northcroft...but I won’t hold my breath...

From the BBC web site today:-

"Spurs, who reached the Champions League last eight this week with an aggregate win over Borussia Dortmund, are nine points adrift of second-placed Liverpool (who have a game in hand) and eleven behind league leaders Manchester City".

So if Liverpool win today they will go one point ahead of us according to the BBC, not only is their reporting on our Club appalling they can not even do basic mathematics.

To be fair, he’s one of the good journalists in regards to City. Always writes good stuff about us.

Yeah, which makes it even more strange in this case when the on field decision was technically correct...
