No shit, it wasn't boring when the fuckers were all creaming their pants over Super/Sky Sunday and the big/top 4 where they celebrated 4th spot like winning the World Cup as it then meant they could wank themselves stupid for another season over the same big/Sky 4 in the champions league. Come on Sebastian there is very little in that article which is negative with the main theme being how fantastic our team is, how better we are than everybody else and with us having the potential to dominate for years to come the race for the league would become boring (which it would).
I think the only narrative prism here is shoehorning every article into an atack on City.

Yeh, I’m with you Frank, there’s not a lot in there to get upset about. The only issue is the potential for the wider narrative....

No it is the headline that paints it in a negative light. It isn't as boring as Sky's super Sunday's we were never involved in but always featured Liverpool, Arsenal, United and Chelsea. I can't remember how many years that was the nailed on top four but it seemed like forever. I remember being shocked when we won the title in 2012 to discover we were only the second other team to win the premier league outside of United, Arsenal and Chelsea, the other one being Blackburn.
Last time I looked there was only five points between us and Spurs in fourth place so this season we are not exactly running away with it yet.
On s personal level I will settle for us being at least 12 points ahead of everyone by Christmas and winning the title and a cup for the next 10 years, it won't be boring for me.
