BBC Gossip publishes image of Star headline......"Pep plotting his Etihad exit......."
It’s a masterful piece of writing to be fair. “A source said this; he did something at Barcelona; he has a contract until 2021; he might leave if they win the CL. Daniel Levy will be terrified as Poch will be number 1 target;” it’s football journalism made-up bluster at its finest.
Goes under the heading of ‘what needs to happen to make Utd relevant again, or how Liverpool can finally get the PL, they ‘deserve’.

The Daily Star is regrettably not available from newsagents, but it can be obtained wherever budget toilet paper is sold.

John Cross, whoever he is, what a twat. Would anybody care if the English press just disappeared permanently up its own arse? Maybe one of the papers will have a moment of clarity and cut sport from its pages and sell a separate sports paper. At least people would have the choice of leaving the arselickers' bullshit on the shelves and taking just news. Poor as that is. This American website seems to have spotted the gap in the market. Maybe they've been reading Bluemoon.

You can already do that by not picking the rag paper. It is all just made up bullsh1t anyway. All of it is to an agenda of one form or another.

Daily Mirror.

Replica football shirts costing £107 made by sweatshop workers 'on 75p an hour'

EXCLUSIVE: Workers in Thailand making Manchester City shirts will be paid just £7.53 for a 10-hour day but the jerseys cos nearly £103

Followers of treble winners Manchester City will stump up the huge sum for their special edition shirt – while Chelsea fans will pay £102.90 for a top to mark their victory in Europe. But the Nike shirts cost just an estimated £3 to produce.

Aren't all these sports kits made over there?

The big Sports manufacturing companies should be held to task, and the clubs highlighted should be those who reportedly sell the most merchandise (and have 'organic ' growth not oil money).

The comical part, and don’t get me wrong I don’t give a fuck as I’ve only seen this by checking the gossip page, is that 3 newspapers - Mirror, Star and Express - all have it on their back page with Jeremy Cross as the reporter. Talk about pathetic.
Maybe they've hacked our emails again.
But joking apart have you noticed it's always a negative City story down one side of the page and a positive Liverpool down the other - Pep's fucking off versus Mo catches fish to feed the world.

He's definitely a Star hack.

The story appearing across all the group papers (Mirror, Express, Star) is presumably an effect of hacks being on holiday after the season and the lack of actual stories leading to more speculative fiction.
It is just another fake news story. Personally I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if Pep does take another career break at the end of his City contract. What he does after that is anybody's guess. I am hoping he can be persuaded to return to City after a year off. He may even take the England job!

The Daily Express Sport has a headline mentioning the 'leaked' opening day fixtures and asks who will Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal play first. It mentions the reigning champions but you need to scroll down a bit, just above the picture of Ole and Klopp. If you scroll down even further you get a nice picture of Klopp on a bus with one cup.

Yup, the Juve links have stopped so they are pumping this out to give hope to our opposition fans. Especially LFC, they will walk this league without City stopping them.

When Pep does go though, LFC, being sponsored by by the media, and with all their clout, will take over this league, we will not see anyone else winning it for years, kinda like Utd.

I am done with football then tbh, I am not going through another generation of that boring insidious press-big club-money making cosy collaboration.

Why would the champions league cup be used in a story about the premier league fixtures?

Mirror group now own The Express which owns the star hence the crossover - lazy at best

Which immediately put the image in my head of the gurning fool stuck in the bus on a kiddies roundabout with a cup of tea and saucer. For no apparent reason. Ole wasn't driving it.

Who gives a fuck what the gutter press print in this country, it isnt an industry i invest in, i dont buy papers i just come on here. Pep is going nowhere for 2 years, hes stated this on numeruos occasions, they have nothing to print on City, so they print lies.
