IAN LADYMAN: "I'd rather watch a match at my local school than watch Man City in the Club World Cup - It's All Kicking Off" (from the Daily Fail)
I suspect the club should redirect this shithouse insulting specimen to the appropriate place next time he tries to attend a home match and fill his fat fuck off face with free food at our expense...... club take note please.
Seems I was late at the party to comment on this prick. Apologies.
He's probably got a restraining order keeping him away from schools and playgrounds.

Can we not ban the turd. United did that recently to four major outlets and no one said anything adverse about it.
Rather than ban them, they should make it public who is attending and kick them out at full time to make their own way home and not allow them to use hospitality parking

They can also bring their own food and drink, obviously being scanned on the way in

Simple Sammy Wallace started his career as tea boy at the Torygraph. He moved on to the failing Independent, joining veteran hack -James Lawton and oddball-wierdo Ian Herbert. The three of them ( all rabid rag apologists ) regularly produced "Glory Glory manure" articles, interspersing them with virulent attacks on City as they became increasingly relevant. The "Inde" failed and Oddball Herbert moved on to the Mail ( where he continues to pen Anti-City diatribes ) and "Simple Sammy" was bizarrely - given his extreme limitations and prejudices - appointed "Chief Football Writer" at the Telegraph.

Just prior to City's appearance in the European Champions Final, Sammy penned another fierce attack on City which received much attention on this thread. The gist of the piece was that City should never have been in a position to be in Istanbul as they should be serving a 2 year ban. City "got off" because they employed expensive lawyers against which UEFA could not compete. To paraphrase this article :-

On June 10th 2020 ... 2 year ban overturned ... fine cancelled... UEFA's FFP in ruins.... City's team of 11 lawyers prevail
Judgement of City's guilt came down to whether breaches fell within UEFA's 5 year time frame
The infamous (!) threat to unleash 50 lawyers had prevailed rather than City should bow to UEFA's ( surely Gill's ?)
rules.
Nine Premier League Clubs... applied to CAS to block any possible delay
The case headed inexorably to the hearing and a CAS panel of 3 , 2 of whom had been selected by UEFA's opposition.
Now it is the Premier League's legal team that faces City's Lawyers.

Sammy appears to think it outrageous that City should employ lawyers to defend themselves against Leterme/Parry/Gill's Kangaroo Court proceedings.
The involvement of the 9 clubs trying to prejudice proceeding was "fine and dandy" .
Any commentator with an ounce of integrity knows these charges were a joke and yet Leterme and Co. went ahead despite knowing most of their charges were time-barred under UEFA's own rules.
and NO! you half-witted moron -City did not select 2 ( of the 3 ) adjudicators.

So poor ole Sammy has to go and watch City in the final and submit his report on the event. An English Football Club wins the Champions Cup and what is Sammy's response :

Sheikh Mansour attending just his second City game
no reference from Guardiola to the 115 Premier League charges
football belongs to Abu Dhabi's club - for now at least.
15 Years to defeat UEFA
their mysterious benefactor from Abu Dhabi has only found time once to watch his creation
There is still the Premier League's 115 charges ... the replaying of the case that UEFA could not make stick.
This is not a glory story without its caveats.

To be fair to the Telegraph all their other reporters were complimentary about City. Just a shame that the twisted creep who masquerades as their Chief Football Writer should get away with penning such malicious bile.
It always makes me laugh these no nowt football journalists writing about legal matters of which they know or understand fuck all.

I’ve seen it written again and again how our ‘legal team’ (definitely one of the wankest expressions in Christendom) managed to defeat UEFA by utilising a ‘loophole’ around limitation.

Limitation periods are not fucking loopholes and nor do they require an exemplary ‘legal team’ to exercise them.

They are as much a term of the agreement between UEFA and all the clubs that are subject to its rules as FFP itself. They are apparent to all the parties to that agreement at its commencement. That is not a fucking loophole, as it is intrinsic to the agreed (and commonly understood) rules from the outset. They don’t require skilled and highly paid ‘teams’ of legal professionals to use them as a shield, merely a competent one that can count.

Any criticism about their deployment in the CAS proceedings should be directed at UEFA for gross incompetence, not City for merely pointing out that they prevent any punishment against the club - as per the fucking rules to which they, and every other fucking club, are subject.

It’s actually unbelievable how anyone with more than three brain cells can fail to grasp this incredibly simple concept.

Best thing I ever saw from Gary Neville on the United team plane coming home.

Custis was blocking the aisle and Neville shouted "get out of the way you fat ****."

Custis could only reply "charming"

I felt bad for him, but only for a couple of seconds...
Thats a first for me, two cxnts talking to each other;-)
