The Champions League has lost its competitive edge. City have ruined the Premier League... all of that (soon to be coupled with waffle about City "getting away" with the IC verdict)...

They know it bollocks, so why say it? I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's client journalism. Specificaly, the American owners drip-feeding into the public consciousness their rationalisations for eventually "having no other choice" but to form the next version of the European Super League.

Hopefully, I'm wrong but I suppose we'll find out in the next few years. Can't see the Yanks hanging around indefinitely, without the guarantees for their dollar that they'd have should they withdraw and invest the same money into US sports franchises.

I thought the same at first but on reflection he probably pissed Jordan Off that CAS snide comment was probably thrown in to derail the lad but he didn’t react and fulfilled his objectives. Well done and made Jordan appear irrelevant
