Yes, just like the Coutinho sale for the DippersThe Class of '92 were a very fortunate windfall for the Stretford Serpents, that helped perpetuate the myth of being a perpetual conveyor-belt of youth talent.
Without these, MUFC would face carried on raiding their competitors for the likes of Irwin, Pallister, Bruce, Phelan, Yorke etc.
This does not include the huge marque signings of Ferdinand, Keane and Schmeical etc...
