Maybe it is because united are shit and finished bottom of a group they thought they would qualify from.

Maybe it's because smaller teams can't get past the group stages because of the big money clubs like psg ,real madrid, city and Copenhagen.

because as with everything involving the red tops the hypocrisy is rife, when city won the carabao cup four times its was a crap cup and nobody wanted to win it, when the rags won it , it was an amazing achievement and only one step down from winning the world cup, when pep moved stones into midfield it was a silly experiment cos defenders should defend, when bingo did it with tront he was the most genius manager of all time, they will belittle city at every turn while hypocritically gassing up their chosen few, always been this way and until they get the ex reds and useless old farts like stone, ogden etc etc out of the media it will remain the same, best thing to do is laugh at them and how pathetically transparent it is.

They are playing good cop bad cop each day to get a reaction, another day Murphy will be slagging us off. The funny bit was when Jay called out Talksport for being a station that panders to United and Liverpool supporters and Jim white laughed it off as if it was ludicrous.

It’s nuts this is packaged up as reasonable balanced football debate when all they are doing is riding our coat tails of City’s success by getting the great unwashed who believe in their shit to ring in. City should be invoicing them for giving them material.
