Read somewhere that the Guardian is not doing very well. My immediate thought was “good”. Like many of the MSM they have pandered to the cartel clubs and never missed a chance to slag our club off.

But of course it means that people may lose their jobs which is not nice and it’s likely to be the poor people at the bottom who go first out the door

Moral of the tale (I think) is that the MSM is never going to change. It’s out to make money and with few exceptions doesn’t want to (in the sports depts) challenge the status quo. All we can do is not fund them and if enough people do so it hastens their decline.

The press narrative, the fans narrative that the cl is now boring or has lost its aura or that the pl has lost its competitiveness or that city play boring football or whatever bullshit they come up with today can be summed up in one single sentence and that is:

We dont like it because we aren't winning.

All the other things around it are simply there to justify their crybaby bullshit.

I was never bothered about the cl when City werent in it. Why would I bother about a competition that City arent in ?

Here's the thing the press/media are playing the rags and dippers and they keep biting. If the rags and dippers stopped than some press/media are in shit street without an audience.

The press/media tell the rags and dippers how great they are etc, slang City to appease them. Than the knobheads rags and dippers keep the press/media in business. It's a simple format.

I was bored and started making comments on the bbc website. Havent been on there for years but I was bored lol.

We have a group of anti social drinkers in ramsgate every day. Clearly dont work just pissed every day making a nuisance. 3 of them are decked out in dippers gear, coats, shirts etc. I said to the local copper 'cant you deport them to dipperpool '?. The copper said ' theres no room for them it's full already lol'

They are playing good cop bad cop each day to get a reaction, another day Murphy will be slagging us off. The funny bit was when Jay called out Talksport for being a station that panders to United and Liverpool supporters and Jim white laughed it off as if it was ludicrous.
