Watched Sly Sports News for the first time in ages as there was no football on and the main news would be about the FA Cup Final.

9pm, Sly Sports News starts.
The first 7 minutes was about Ten Hag and United.
The next 2 minutes about City.
That was it.

Look North West.
A few minutes about the FA Cup Final.
Both teams mentioned, but 4 different United fans asked questions in the city centre,

I’ve yet to hear a City fan, a proper City fan, claim that we are bigger than United or will be in x amount of years.

I’ve never given a fuck about a hypothetical “bigness” either

Yet another nothing debate to get a dig at us from some no mark pundit
Nailed it IB since 92.
Do the business on the pitch - that's what counts.
To claim City are not a "big club" is downright bollocks anyway and flies in the face of "historical" facts. Its all in the jealous minds of so called bigger clubs and the lickspittle media.

Sickening and obvious is the hatred toward our success.

How about "the title race was so close that just one goal for arse in any of their five draws would have won the title".

We give them proper title races year in year out but they worry so much about us winning again that it spoils their excitement lol.
I'm still waiting for the article that "Manchester City have the biggest bollocks in football history." It's certainly up for debate. When it all looks fucking lost we turn up. Whether that's us as fans or the team. How many times do we have to win it all on the final day? How many times do we have to come back from 2-0 down or 2-1 down before it's acknowledged as sporting glory? Even after our losses on the final day we go again. Media fuck nuts cannot crawl out of the red arses to see what's happening.

BBC News’s Manchester United page on the main BBC news headline page.

Once again it’s all about United on another media organisations website page, this time the national TV broadcaster.

Nothing about the PL title winners, and the opportunity to do the double, double for the first time ever in the history of English Football.

No, just another article via a rumour that the FA cup final could be Tent Peg’s last United match as manager.

RIP Morgan Spurlock though.

Eh? For about £50 in costs they’ve gotten themselves tens of thousands of free engagement.

Putting aside whether you think it’s funny, or just extremely cringe, from a purely marketing perspective it’s a great move.

It really is great marketing & yet people constantly question all of the partners that pay City to do just that. On shirts, on boards, on TV, on planes etc etc

You’ve proved just how big City is by making a crass joke about them. With no real marketing strategy, just a tweet, off the cuff probably not planned & yet everyone knows City’s sponsorship isn’t real….

Think about it ;)
