Their titles mean more.Apparently Liverpool are about to win their 20th Premier League title, according to Sly?
Ten times more according to my maths.

Maybe they decided this morning to give that "penalty" for handball near the end of the game that all the commentary teams were wingeing about. All our lads were still in bed and couldn't be arsed going down to the ground just for a penalty so instead of actually taking it we just said "let them have another goal".BBC rewriting history …. AGAIN

Where would you rate Frank Swift and Bert Trautmann then?Complications relating to his career ending injury? Maybe he can't do any running, ...etc., who knows?
I still think that he's the best keeper we've ever had.
Never saw them play so can't really form any opinion on them.Where would you rate Frank Swift and Bert Trautmann then?
I'll never forget Gerrard shouting at Alonso for shooting from his own half at Luton and turning to see the ball go in the net.
He's one of the most respected Goalkeeper coaches in the UK now.Definitely above Martyn Margetson
To be fair, hughes tactical genius of putting gelson fernandez right back instead of bringing Richards after zabba was sent off didn't help.I can remember a game at the Etihad were Gerrard spent the whole game moaning to the ref. If I remember City were 2 up at half time and lost 2-3. I can remember thinking that was all down to Gerrard constantly being in the refs ear. Hated the twat even more after that game.
Just playing Gelson Fernandes in the beginning didn't help.To be fair, hughes tactical genius of putting gelson fernandez right back instead of bringing Richards after zabba was sent off didn't help.
Was that the game we put a defender on the left wing in the second half and completely lost the plot. Think the Spanish waiter was their boss at the time.I can remember a game at the Etihad were Gerrard spent the whole game moaning to the ref. If I remember City were 2 up at half time and lost 2-3. Ged Brannan ?Just playing Gelson Fernandes in the beginning didn't help.
Absolutely the worst and most pointless player I might have ever seen at City. I wouldn't have him over our Division Two midfielders. In fact I'd prefer Martyn Margetson in midfield.
Tut tut, there are two who are better than him Trautmann & Swift.Complications relating to his career ending injury? Maybe he can't do any running, ...etc., who knows?
I still think that he's the best keeper we've ever had.
I'm definitely changing the wording in that post to "in my lifetime" :(Tut tut, there are two who are better than him Trautmann & Swift.
Apparently, Bryan King can answer that question. It's £100 million PLUS Grealish in part-ex...Shay Given, an opportunistic blue if ever there was one, is advising Pep to rebuild the team around Jack and criticising Pep for not giving him enough opportunities - wtf.
He also chucks in a sly dig about letting Morgan Rogers go for £1.5m suggesting he would walk straight into our team - “but think how much he would cost them now”.
Stick to Newcastle punditry Given you geordie ****
He definitely did some time with us as a goalkeeping coach iirc.Tim Flowers always seemed to play out of his skin whenever Southampton turned up in the late 80s and early 90s too, can't remember specific matches though, although he never actually played for us (if I'm remembering right - my memory has holes)
Ged Brannan is the only City player my daughter has seen score a goal ( she is probably unaware of this proud record). 1-1 at Charlton about thirty years ago?Ged Brannan ?
Yeah, the Carson role, only without actually getting any minutes. He was 100% on our books for a bit.He definitely did some time with us as a goalkeeping coach iirc.
