The thing about Rashford is that I meet a lot of people, particularly middle aged women, who love him to bits due to the school dinners project he got himself involved in. I've had more than enough conversations with people who have little to no interest in the game who wax lyrical about Rashford and how amazing he is. The Utd fans I know can't stand him, but there seems to be a cultured narrative around him as some sort of man of the people that was also played into when his mural was defaced after the Euro 2021 final, when the narrative was around racism. He seems to act as some sort of symbol for whatever the issue of the day is. It's strange, because I've heard a few times that everyone from Mourinho to Ten Hag wanted him out of the club, and struggled to shift him.

Yes he is a crap footballer, and he is a joke for helping kids get fed and a bell end for daring to drive down kingsway. Sorted

The original comment was up there with Sterlings taps. Such a mad thing for people to get annoyed about. Rashford is shit or he certainly does not apply himself. For a rag I have never found him too bad, never spoke badly about City and can't remember him celebrating badly against us when scoring which has happened a few times.

I couldn't careless what he drives or how many fish fingers he dishes out, he's just an overrated footballer most people could agree with that.

Grifters are going to grift and the bbc lap it up due to who she is. She's a terrible broadcaster yet if you call it out you are accused of racism. Imagine if Ian Wright had said the same thing about women broadcasters in men's football!

I wish he had, although I would rather they both criticised a barking dog blocking the pathway of men and women commentators for what they’re providing
 
Some players just have those kind of unlikeable faces even though they not really bad. Quite s few at all clubs
