Despite it being an absolute truth, it's the kind of fact they are willing to airbrush from history in appeasement of the red shirts. They are more than happy letting red shirt fans spout absolute bollocks though.

BBC Sport can no longer be seen as objective or credible and arguably hasn't been for a very long time.
They better brace themselves then.

It's the 40th anniversary of Heysel this year and i suspect the murderers are going to hear about how they fucked over every club in England!

hatchet job on Pep re Walker, and then on Pep re Grealish.
Red rory smith and Walcott.

5 live Monday night club
That **** Smith at it again last night.
The BBCs idea of neutrality is getting this **** on, who used to write for Liverpool fanzines, to make sly comments about City.

Have I mentioned he's a ****.

My argument here is WHY should any football supporter avoid looking on a website that is owned by the British tax payer. There should be no bias of any form from the BBC so why should we as a club tolerate this shit day in day out. These cesspit journalists believe they are untouchable with regards City. I just think the club and us supporters could find ways of hitting back. Maybe plant banners around the lower sections of the ground with anti BBC, Sky and named journalists.
Just an idea, so don't have a blast back at me.
I do believe that it is an attempt by these scum bastards to quell the rise in City's popularity around the world. orchestrated by the cartel and friends.
I've always maintained that Sheikh Mansour would have been wise to invest in a media outlet during those formative years of the project (which every man and his dog in the media openly mocked)

It may have gone someway to offset the daily barrage of negative false news stories the likes of Sly Sports and the BBC like to dish out.

This from a well-known LFC site on the Heysel tragedy:

"Angry Liverpool FC officials demanded to know answers to five questions:
1. How the majority of 20,000 tickets, allocated to the Belgian FA, seemingly ended up in Italian hands
2. Why there was no perimeter fence outside the Heysel stadium and no checks on ticketless fans
3. Why so many tickets also ended up in the hands of touts
4. Why both sets of fans were not systematically searched on entry

5. Why an ageing stadium in an obvious state of dilapidation was chosen for a major European final."

The irony of 1 through 4 is off the scale.

They don't have to question what it actually means.

They've arrived as far as the BBC are concerned. Arsenal have dispatched MCFC and that constitutes a very successful season for the BBC.

The BBC do not actually give a flying fuck who wins the premier league, just as long as MCFC don't.

One of the reasons Tottenham get off so lightly with the BBC and their stern criticism of all things football, is that they've been our bogey team and that suits the narrative.
My view is all of the hot air about that game on Sunday, and then everything said and written in the aftermath, will add up to the square root of fuck all by the end of the season.

I’m not sure it’s just the bbc tbh; we’ve got an over-develop media across the board in this country, far far too big, both legacy and new. There just isn’t enough genuine content out there to fill it all. The papers, and Talksport, and sky were all as bad as the bbc in terms of that game.

Like, Like and Like again.

He’s probably my least likeable journalist out there at the moment, partly cos his mate Chapman gives him a 2 hour national platform every week, without ever questioning what he says when he slips his comments in as asides mid sentence, and also because he tries to disguise his slyness with his ‘oh so witty, erudite aren’t I so clever?’ persona. He’s a shite.

Talksport this afternoon discussing the transfer window with some journo/football finance expert answering the presenters question' why can City spend all this money and yet Newcastle cant?' Had to explain that City have had consistently high incomes from winning thePremier League and subsequent champions league progress coupled with the high merchandise sales throughout the world due to this success and the multi club development. Add the shrewd transfer policy and infrastructure of the academy system bringing on talented young players to the first team and profits on selling them on...etc etc. the upshot being Newcastle are just at the start of this process. The reply was uh suppose that makes sense ..now let's move on to Rashford at Villa. Honestly the mentality of presenters on this station are no different to the pissed up red shirted guys in pub spouting city are cheats ...oil money blah blah!!

Most pressing position? They have two strikers in Hoijland and Zirkzee who have scored 5 Premier League goals all season between them. There’s fires everywhere that need putting out in their squad.
I think you’ll find that a quality left wing back can unlock every other position on the park. Frightening to think how good Pogba could have been if these two particular stars had aligned

They’ve gone one better just now. Adrian Durham (who’s normally very good on City) just did a long piece on if we lose to Madrid Pep should be sacked. Spent 5 minutes waffling about this failure and that whilst failing to acknowledge Pep has won everything there is to win and set just about every record there is to set over the past 8 years.

I had a little chuckle to myself and did the only thing I could and switched him off as he dug his hole deeper and deeper. Ratings must be struggling that’s all I can think.

Talkshit and most of the other scribblings from so-called ‘experts’ are coming across as just rather sad wishful thinking lists.
Like asking Santa for something you know you’ll never get.
And having a tantrum when you realise it’s not happening.
