If the participants screaming and shouting at officials if they don't like certain decisions puts you off a sport, I wouldn't bother with football. It's rife. There's one particular character, looks a bit like a rat, who spends 90mins every week doing it.

No football player has ever matched McEnroe for abusing the officials, not even ratface of the swamp.

The won the League, European Cup and League Cup in the same season. That’s pretty close to a Treble but not the The Treble.

tbf, the atmosphere at Lords for a Test Match tends to be a lot more insipid than at Egdbaston, Trent Bridge, Old Trafford, Headingley, and even the Oval.

They wanted to be in the FA Cup but were trying to bully the FA into placing them in the latter rounds & they called their bluff.

Could have still entered and put out a team if they wanted to but their media shills wouldn't dare upset the Ayotollah Pisscan.
