Media Neglecting Us?

Does anyone really give a fuck? The only thing I want to read about us now is 'City Go Top!' in the Sunday papers.

Me three. I have no fucking idea why people pay for news in this fucking era.
 
Sportsweek on Radio 5 Live last Sunday morning spent the entire fucking hour talking about Wee Davey and the Red Shite.
No mention of Liverpool/Chelsea except to ask kerb crawler Pleat what he thought the result would be - and that was in the 30 second outro of the programme!
No mention of City.
Whilst I understand that the sacking of Gollum from the Swamp is pretty big news, I would have thought that there should be some balance to the programme and make references to other games that had been played on the Saturday and were due to be played that afternoon. Also, that there would be some interest in the Champions League semis. Not to mention an english club getting through to the final of the Heineken Cup.
Balanced journalism on the BBC?
 
Does my head in! I don't actually buy a paper all that often, but almost every time I do, I get cross about the lack of coverage. Not a jot about City in 'i' last Saturday, with full pages on every other Top 4 club + the Rags, even Fulham got 2 articles!
 
Just wait. 1 day before the Everton match or even on the same day there will suddenly be loads of negative press about us.
 
Here you go, City are no longer neglected.

The Rag Meedya have never done balance. Their idea of balance is Pages 1-4 of the sports section highlighting how good Brenda Bodgers is, Pages 4-6 on how Giggsyola is gonna be the new launch of The Giggsy Babes, complete with Wio wearing a nappy, and there may be a snippet on CFC and/or The Arse.
