Don't joke. Many moons ago as an impoverished student towards term end I was once reduced to buying a tin of Tesco Irish stew which was slightly cheaper than the same size tin of Pal dog food. It was fucking awful and left me wishing I'd pushed the boat out and bought a tin of Pal.

And I always get dirty looks off the crowd doing the food collection drives for giving them dog food.

Not to be a dick here, but if West Ham make the top 4 I wouldn't be too upset if Moyes won managerial awards for it. Don't get me wrong, I'd still think Pep should win, especially given the win streak we're on as well as how he turned around a seemingly poor start. However, Moyes winning if they make top 4 would be far less egregious than when Pardew or Pulis especially won.

I echo these sentiments for Ancelotti or Smith too. But only if they make top 4.

And after all, Wee Davey is a football genius.

Was that the New Year's Day game? Have a vague recollection of my Dad and brother gping to that (I was too young at the time). They had many away trips to both Sheffield clubs in the early nineties as we lived in Glossop and it was a short trip.

In fact, I'm sure Imre Varadi and Paul Warhurst both lived on the same estate as us when they played for Wednesday.

I asked Garry Cook why do we put up with all the shite thrown at us and don’t appear to be fighting back, his answer was not to take them on. They have the pedestal to continue criticism whereas the club don’t and eventually they will use the card that we are trying to take away the rights of the free press.
He said Nike rode it out with Lance Armstrong and Tiger Woods and didn’t challenge the press when they were writing all sort of rubbish about them (and it seems that they were eventually proved right) and just backed the 2 individuals.

Someone else, no names, said exactly the same when I asked them also said that to take legal action ties up resources and isn't worth it in the end however very strong letters have been sent on a couple of occasions They said that there because of the status of the principal owner are other ways available Remember money talks wealth whispers

Well said, and if any of em keep the dippers out the top four, it will mean more and be worthy of reward.
