That wankstain Northcroft wrote a piece in the Sunday times that so annoyed me I’ve waited til now to mention it so as to lessen my vitriol.
The crux of his argument being that yes he’d like to see Messi in the PL, hopefully leading to another titanic title duel but what he’d really like to see was Pep reinvigorating City through coaching the squad rather than buying the best players.

The ignorance and hypocrisy of this cvnt is astonishing. He obviously never mentions the dippers buying the title by buying (arguably) the best centre half and best keeper on the world - wouldn’t fit his stupid, simplistic narrative.

And “coaching” - Jesus where do we fuckin start. Aside from the immense improvements and transformations of players that Pep’s teaching has brought about wherever he’s been and the glowing tributes paid to him by countless elite players he’s coached, has this moron who is paid to watch and write about football for a living missed the fact that the style of play he introduced at City by coaching players has revolutionised the game in England and is now so widely used that you’ll see lower league teams trying to play out from the back. He’s a pioneer, a visionary, a man whose place in the coaching pantheon is already assured and this know nothing twat is questioning his coaching ability.

Northcroft is a disingenuous cretin. His words are nothing but shit. He is a shit person with shitness pouring from every orifice.

Don’t read it mate.

Yes, did you hear that absolute twat Solhekol last night? Something along the lines of Van Beek is the perfect fit for Manchester United and he will be a great success. How the f**k can he know that for certain? I absolutely despise the slow talking c**t.
Well they have Neil Ashton doing their PR dirty work now, so its no surprise. I'm more surprised we haven't done something to change our own image.

There seems to be a trend developing to sanctify every manyoo player and I'm certain Ashton is behind this. We've had Lindeloff saving a woman from being mugged, the complete whitewash with slabhead and now he story about beeky wearing the shirt if his deceased friend.

Of course he is, that's literally what he was brought in and paid to do. TBFH mate, we need something like that more than them cunts do. Our public image is terrible and we just sit back and allow it to be tarnished, without anyone that has the knowledge or control to change the agenda. It's something that should have been high on the agenda, within the club.

But United have a willing media who will carry out their bidding. We don't have that luxury.

We will renew our commitment to impartiality - BBC Pledge

" If you want to be an opinionated columnist or a partisan campaigner on social media then that is a valid choice, but you should not be working at the BBC."

City fans have experienced the negative, partisan views of those who work for the BBC and have used their privileged platform to promote their own agenda.

The BBC now have a new Director General. His first priority is to renew the BBC`s commitment to impartiality.

Lets make sure he and the BBC are called to account in fulfilling this pledge.

Has Simon Stone had his P45 yet?

he's already starting on their entertainment side.

Its fair enough really. Otherpublic servants like the military and civil service are expected to park their personal views as part of 'the deal' precisely to maintan the perceived impartially of the organisation. The problem for the beeb is so many of their employees will be effectively employed as consultants rather than full time - so hard to define the boundaries.

BBC article on Greenwood being called up for England, no comments opened.
BBC article on Foden being called up for England, comments opened up and they’ve attracted every schoolboy troll as expected.

BBC Breakfast at a loss to fill.the sports
Spot without the usual Usual Morning Devotions to united.
So they have to do with an interminable clip on Murray losing a match and on the next time its another a long chat with a darts commentator walking for charity. Worthy cause and a nice man but hardly the lead in thesports section. City got less coverage for the domestic clean sweep

His second job after releasing that statement should be a cull of the biased hacks they currently have working for them, starting with Dan Roan.

Personally I don’t think it would matter a shite even if we had the best PR team in the history of the known universe. There’s no money to be had in portraying City as anything other than ghastly vulgarians cheating their way to the top. We carry no clout as a fanbase ourselves, and as a naturally cast enemy of the two clubs with the biggest and most demented demographics we’re a tailor made source of clicks. One look at the Liverpool Echo, which runs more negative stories about City than it does positive ones about Darlingpool, tells you all you need to know.
Until we start suing some of the worst offenders - which we never will because of the disclosure/justification laws associated with libel cases - then nothing will change. We’re not dealing with journalists interested in things like the truth, just a set of grasping cnuts on an ego trip....

I dunno mate, if you see what Max Clifford managed to do for some of his clients (some of who were actually proper bellends), you can understand that with the media, anything is possible. Create the spin, get the clicks and change the narrative. Once the narrative has been spun, you can just keep working at it.

We're not talking tittle tattle or gossip. This is profit making. We make money for them. On top of that is the utd /lfc fanboys working in the media. And then on top of g that is the undertones of racism towards our type of owners. AND then on top of that there is the manoeuvres by our rivals with their links to the media.

We don't stand a chance no matter what.

We're a cash cow of hate and until our clickbaitability improves we're always going to be portrayed negatively
