What problems?I understand that the club have supported and protected Kun from the word go, he has problems that are not superficially apparent, which make his achievements all the more remarkable.

Of the players mentioned Henry and Shearer no problem with them, undoubtedly Premier League greats.
Ronaldo has been one of the best players in the world but was a lot better after he left England.
Gareth Bale (unless it was the other Bale?) could be pretty good but often flattered to deceive as others have said
Bloody Suarez! Remember the biting and alleged racism but apart from one really decent season (when we beat Liverpool to 2014 Prem) he really was nowhere near Sergio.

The media are just glad our legends have gone, it's part of the relief and hope we'll buy a crap replacement eg piano player or a slabhead to lower our level.Sergio getting his rightful praise by most corners now, shame that it takes our players leaving for them to be recognized for how good they are/were.

I heard Liverpool desperate to keep him but couldn't afford the retainer feeSay what you like about Suarez, he certainly left on impression from his time in the Premier League.
