Can vouch for that, Fred Done (Betfred) had Danish Businessmen over for a meeting whilst Scmeichel was at the rags, they asked if they could meet him as they thought he was "God". Fred who most people know is a big rag said "not much chance, he thinks he's god as well".
Even his teammates hated him, says alot.

Jails dissidents!!!!
I seem to remember the British government having a similar policy called 'internment' in northern ireland
Should be one of the questions on the other thread, questions to the owners on why they allow this constant bashing, often racist, incorrect clams and not sued anyone over it and why we have not banned certain media and journalists from the ground

Alright Nick you've said it so many times before.
So give us some answers and solutions please and not just problems.
Also please explain how any proposals would apply to the wider society and not just football.

Just came across an article by James Lawton (who?) from 2015, where he claims that Utd had just signed "three players of fine skill but also proven commitment. United have surely raised a flag for the value of strong discipline and the most serious commitment".

In contrast, "it is a claim that City can hardly register with the 'desperate' signing of the anarchy-inclined Sterling".

Fast forward nearly 6 years and we can see that those wonderful signings, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin and Darmian, played a total of 110 games for the scum and scored an incredible 3 goals between them. The total cost was about £35 million.

Meanwhile, Raheem, who cost us about £45 million, has played 190 odd games and scored 78 goals, while winning 3 PL titles, an FA Cup and 4 FL cups!

It puts a lot of things into perspective!
The only logical reason I can think of why the Rags signed Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin was the rinsing of the Far Eastern plastics who wanted the names on the back of their shirts.
Must have made a fortune for the malls.

Who does he mean when he talks about our "owners." We are owned by Sheikh Mansour (76 per cent), the US-based Silverlake group (11 per cent), and a Chinese consortium (13 per cent). Sheikh Mansour is an individual not a "nation state." So when Cohen refers to "our owners" having "having an ugly face" he is really suggesting that you can't trust them because "all Arabs are the same."
It's just the same when people attack Jewish people because of the actions of Israel. That's anti-semitism. Cohen's narrative is just as bad and is underpinned by sectarian hatred. And the Guardian is happy to give a platform for his views.
