Let’s play... Miguel Bingo. I’ll start

‘Hard to enjoy the freedom of lockdown being lifted knowing the Champions League is being contested between Qatar and the UAE as a sports washing battleground’

And Deloony is off!

For City, this wasn't really a battle against Dortmund. It was a battle against themselves, and their own CL neuroses.

That internal fight now gives way to a tie of unprecedented scale: Abu Dhabu v Qatar meeting for first time since Gulf blockade

I for one will be sleeping soundly tonight knowing we're under their skin.

Semi-finalists, dickheads!

BBC news lead with liverpool but good to see them referring to more “coach welcome” nonsense and not ignoring it. I hope it is a significant news story tomorrow too.

Clive Myrie managing to keep a straight face about City - fair play.
Also say that we lost our only previous semi final to Monacco.

Delooney now tenuously linking City to a story which literally has nothing whatsoever to do with us. But all these ‘grinning beards’ are the same, eh?

He is absolutely fucking deranged. Madder than a fistful of shit. He needs sectioning for his own good

The commentary team I had were excellent...not sure of the commentator's name but he was alongside Andy Townsend who clearly wanted City to win.

There was a cry of dismay when KDB hit the bar and when Foden scored you could hear Townsend say 'yes' under his breath.

Ye, same, very balanced, hummed a bit about the pen then on reflection decided he shouldn't have had his arm out like that.

Tomorrow’s Sun
The doped oil state derby champions league semi final truly is a battle of the biggest of big spenders . PSG with their wonderful 222 million record signing Neymar against Manchester City and their obscenely expensive record signing 58 million Rodri.
