The form of our players in January has been incredibly downplayed by the media.

John Stones, Silky Gunodgan, Foden, Cancelo and the rolls royce of defending, Ruben Diaz... City have won 9 games, apparently the best performance in all competitions in January, since football began (with wins, goals and goals conceded the factor).... and the player of the month award goes to........

Either of the best 2 centrebacks in Europe would do me.

9 wins in all comps, 1 league goal conceded, 1 in the FA Cup before Dias even came on the pitch. Dias is an absolute monster.

Totally agree. I never thought these two would be the best pairing in Europe right now. They are a pair of Rolls Royces with grit and a will to win. You have to feel for Eric though, he hasn't done anything wrong, still a fabulous player and it's wonderful that we have him to turn too if need be.
