And here goes the narrative again, hardly a stonewaller was it?

I think it's a valid headline because Shaw and Ole Gunnar Solksjaer have made serious accusations about the referee, Shaw saying that he heard the referee tell Maguire he didn't give the penalty despite being told by VAR it was a penalty because "it would cause talk".

The main story out of this match is going to be those accusations and either a big investigation at PGMOL with the recorded audio of the referee or Shaw and OGS being fined and suspended for bringing the game into disrepute for point blank claiming the referee has knowingly not given a valid penalty.

last thing we need is a culture where you can't give a decision against the rags. What about the investigations for screwing us over constantly for the past decade? That would be fair and more productive.

Did anyone really think that was a penalty, Greenwood handled first from my view of it?

I thought that, but when shown at half time it seemed to hit Hudson-Odoi first.

Whether it was a pen is debatable. If the incident is in your favour you would highlight the unnatural arm position, if given against you would argue your arm was near your chest and not in your clear sight line to intentionally handle it.

A big congratulations to Liverpool overcoming the might of Sheffield United tonight and looking increasingly good for a Europa League spot.

Plucky Liverpool, never known to make an excuse, had just 7 Champions League winners available to them from the MOST VALUABLE SQUAD IN WORLD FOOTBALL at over £1 billion.

Meanwhile their vile fan base continue to spew bile about our £2billion defence blah blah and all aided and abetted by the fawning national red media.
