The account is also full of legally dangerous references to Mendy and his case despite the official court statement warning the media about coverage. Whoever is behind the account has no knowledge at all on how the law works in relation to alleged sexual offences or contempt of court. And yet Delaney and Panja are happy to be seen following such an account. They are bloody fools to get involved. It could harm their future careers.

Laughable really considering his beloved Barcelona failed to fill the Stadium in a tier 1 Champions League game against Bayern Munich.

Well Parker doesn't speak for me, his comments have done more damage than whatever Pep said or didn't say.

Pep is extremely passionate and speaks from the heart, he had just witnessed a crazy and thoroughly entertaining game where his side scored 6.

Straight after the match Pep makes a comment off the cuff trying to stoke up the fans for weekend or whatever. Means fuck all to me apart from reminding how I love his passion and enthusiasm and he still clearly gives 100% to his job.

Parker should not have got involved, he represents a very small proportion of City fans and a lot of those will not share his view.

Either be clever with your response to show support for the best Manager in the world and the best we have had or decline the offer to comment.

The Red Rag Media are having a feeding frenzy on this bollocks and tomorrow's game will all be about the crowd and nothing else.

How about Parker making a public apology to Pep for allowing himself to get reeled in and talking shite!

Well said. Should have publicly stood by Pep and said whatever the fuck he liked in private instead of feeding the jackals in the media.
 
Maybe Pep gets us fans more than the media think, personally I think he actually wanted to sing one of our songs but was being polite.

Most of this has probably already been said but I'll say it anyway.

Pep put his foot in his mouth from PR point of view but his intentions were good. He wants the team to be pushed to their limits and the atmosphere is part of that. The best chance of having a great atmosphere is a full stadium.

He was there for the Liverpool game, the Spurs game etc when the atmosphere has been electric and he wants more of it. Just like a player that has worldies every so often, you end up sounding like you're giving them stick but it's more born out of frustration because you know how good they can be.

He's like this with his players too, he wants the best out of everyone and he does go over the top sometimes but I think it shows how passionate he is and how much he really does care about these things. Even if it does mean he sometimes overthinks things in big games that he's concerned about, or overreaches with the fans, or maybe upsets a player every so often. You have to take the shit with the shine, he's not perfect but he's the best manager City could hope for and we'll all miss him when he does finally move on.

Forget how the media has spun it because they'd love nothing more than to cause a rift with the manager and divide the fans. They hate us all, from the owner, to the club, to the fans, we are fair game for them. Take it with the best intentions and if you're at the game get behind the team vocally, that's all he really wants, a good atmosphere. So do the players.

the consistent rule changes, charges & lies with persistent offenders leaking stories from inside makes me dispute that argument. I’m not saying some of it isn’t clickbait but by now the clickbait should be “are we the greatest team of all time”.
