With us possibly having a rather older fan profile than most we probably have fewer twitter users than most. I find it very difficult to believe that he rounded up 100 City fans in a few hours.who were 'reasonable' in that they agree with him.The whole issue is in total bad faith. Twitter it is not valid journalism. The Athletic has lost its way entirely if this is the sort of content it is providing. He says the "common view of City fans online is they are abusive." Whose common view? The view of his pals in the newsroom or the press box? He seems to be going out of his way to alienate potential customers for his publication. This never ends well.
