I think there is nuance here.
I do not think the bias is against City.
The bias is against those who are rivals of Liverpool/MU. In recent years, it's been easy to equate the two, but the underlying cause isn't the same.

To be fair that’s the only daft comment, the guy outside the Etihad, the female anchor and Kahvel (s) ? have been pretty complimentary to us for the last 20 mins, the way the club is run, netting a bargain etc.
