City will settle with the PL outside of arbitration as it's a nightmare for both parties to sort (imo) & the media will move full tilt from FFP cheats to getting state ownership out of the game.

In case you missed it City did do something about when they went to CAS, perhaps you should read the judgment to see that all accusations were thrown out, except non cooperation with UEFA for which we were fined.So you are Ok that City will not do anything about this AGAIN and we will be called cheats AGAIN .

Arguably these organisations want City to do that - it simply provides them with further ammunition along the lines of 'shutting down scrutiny' and 'censoring the free press'...because City won't defend itself by banning/taking them to court.
