I flicked on SSN last night, and it was very apparent that this is going to go on for a good few days, i think it is going to drive away more football fans than it attracts as the repetitiveness sets in. Apparently they have a segment at 11:40 when Camel Gob will talk about the Ronaldo signing, will be riveting stuff no doubt but I'm off to cut my toe nails instead.

How long do the rags have to fail before they are regarded as an irrelevance. They pay way over the odds for a player at the end of his career and the front pages and back pages are full of it. They have just had a trophy less season and have won nothing of note for eight years, yet little is written about the champions of England or the champions of Europe.
