Didn't know he'd stopped to be honest. Some serious knowledge going into that post though. The great bastion of unbiased reporting in the mirror along with the sagest of musings from Cokehead. I'm trying to fully digest the in depth reporting here. Sounds a bit like expensive signing not yet confirmed might not turn out to be very good if he actually signs but then doesn't play very good and gets dropped from the team. Thank fuck I'm going over to the rags in August when Eric the half a bee takes over at the styeHas Merson started drinking again?

A comparison would be Neil Lennon winning trebles galore in Glasgow and then ending up at Bolton where he...........Two titles and two cups in five years with Ajax, far and away the biggest club in Holland, is not that impressive. It is essentially the bare minimum in a very weak League. Let's wait and see.
Maybe someone should send the Mirror sport Merson's "Bombshell Verdict" on KdB joining City......‘Bombshell verdict’.
Imagine being Paul Brown including that on purpose in the article, just to spice it up.
And to think, Merson and Brown get paid for talking about and writing this pile of sh*te.
The football media in this country has lost the plot.
The issue with the media is summed up by Talk Sport.....The football media in this country has lost the plot.
The issue with the media is summed up by Talk Sport.....
You listen to the sports news headlines and it is always things like this.....
"Danny Murphy has stated exclusively on Talk Sport that... (insert a comment about whatever manager / player / team was being discussed earlier in the day)
Or
Danny Mills has said exclusively on Talk Sport that he believes (insert a comment about whatever manager / player / team was being discussed earlier in the day)
This isn't "news" - it is opinion. And it's worthless. If he had said it on any other media platform, it would not be on the "news bulletin" on Talk Sport
Has his brain cell not learned anything from his "paying so much for DeBruyne is an absolute joke" rant?Has Merson started drinking again?

Should fit in nicely then. Apparently, according to some media experts, we were disrespectful towards Harry Kane for not stumping up £150 million. The very same critics who are horrified at the fee we are paying for a much younger Haaland. He's the new Aldridge/Colleymore/other deluded Liverpool pundits rolled into one.

If he stays, there could be a derby chant in the making...Alfy baby, I hope you don't mind me calling you that, anyway Alfy I am now back from the pub but perhaps not in the best state to search the interweb sooooo thank you fir posting that.
Paul Pogba, so good they signed him twice and let him go on a free both times.
Ha fucking ha
Whoever calls him an Arsenal and England 'great' certainly has knocked a few back.Has Merson started drinking again?

Are you a secret Echo reader :=)!!!Maybe the echo have an article on how City signing a prolific striker is good for the dippers? Really are rather talkative about a club they don't care about. Just gets me, these idiots tying themselves in knots to say we've got no fans, but at the same time we're all plastics, ruining football by paying the highest fees and wages .. and yet it's our stretford based chums who have this singular honour.
Was searching on MSN on Thursday about the Brighton game. The first hit I got was lord knows how many pages in a predictably negative tale from the muen.
Silly old sausages;-))
The media strategy has been obvious from the start. They believe that our owners are here for one thing and one thing only - exposure. By limiting the inclusion of City-related images and coverage they hope to deny our owners what they want and that they will therefore pack-up and leave. After leading with the boxing BBC Breakfast goes to saying that IF the rags beat Arsenal they are in with a good chance of top 4. Pictures of Ragnecks press conference and then it's over to Luton and their match.
It seems the BBC have still got the 'ignore' button on for the Champions and League leaders unless we are not playing today.
Childish as someone said earlier about the deliberate omission of a City Women pic in a article about their forthcoming cup final.
All so bloody obvious, glaring out and a City fan seems to think we imagine stuff about the media.
I say steady on..............Maybe the echo have an article on how City signing a prolific striker is good for the dippers? Really are rather talkative about a club they don't care about. Just like he warned us about KDB.
