For one press conference only redecorate all the walls of the press room with oil rigs and sand with £££ coming out of each rig and watch the press pack explode

Please Pep, wear it.....

Unbelievable! What is weird is, as you highlight Longsight, his statement that 'it doesn't matter if it's true'...

Btw, just watched motd, our goals again did not feature for discussion or replay in the pundit summary section, the bbc airbrush being wielded again...

It is one of the more mental things I have seen from the football media today, and there has been some seriously strong competition

Rats in the media, still trying to make out Pep is some deranged idiot with his comments about bias to certain clubs. Name me another transfer broken down like this? Surprised they haven’t included Alfie’s old wage. He know the fuckin score, hope we spunk shedloads this summer. Fuck them all.

Fuck em.....

The same bug eyed lunatic who openly campaigned for Spurs not to sell us Kane last summer. Claiming we were “killing the romance of football” and “ruining the summer holidays for children who support Tottenham”
Seems like Kaveh the clown doesn’t think City should be allowed to sign anybody

These statements are all fine and true, but call the press out on the blatant lies that are repeated over and over so all the buffoons state them as facts.

1: State owned.
2: We can spend what we want.
3: We cheated the rules.

I'd add in this ridiculous oil money jibe thrown at us. What does it matter where a business makes their money? Also the amount of billions you have doesn't matter as due to ffp you can only spend what you earn.

Is this the same fuckwit who claimed the rags were getting and £80 million player when they signed Van De Beek for £40 million?

“It doesn’t matter if it’s true”….
The Guardian, ladies and gentlemen
The fella saying Pep’s right isn’t even a City fan, he’s Leicester

Imagine a credible joirnalist admitting in public that it doesnt matter if its true. Oh no, you cant can you!? CUNTS the lot of them….

Some on here still don't get that it's all done to maximise clicks. Create outrage, you get the gullible wading in creating threads/posts followed by the even more gullible replying and so it goes round in circles. It's the same on here. Rationality doesn't generate clicks.

Someone needs to tell this **** that City are getting a player just like a Van De Beek price.

Yes. And doesnt that just show exactly whats goin on very clearly. Rags sign a player and he’s a “steal”, getting an £80 million player for £40 mil (even though he was nothing of the sort). According to Kaveh their resident “expert”.

Compare that narative to Haaland, who lets face it at £63 mil pounds is nailed on half of what he should cost (without a release clause). Straight away wages are added plus a bit on top for good luck and hey presto its presented as a scandalous figure.

CUNTS the lot of them!!

Haaland will more than pay his way with the added sponsors that want him to be the face of their products and to get on board with the city name....city will earn substantially well out of him signing and if his 25 goals a season brings continued success it will create more money.....not rocket science kavi gobshite....

Honestly mate, I shouldn’t let it bother me. Yet it’s really winding me up, the agenda is as clear as it’s ever been, to the point Pep sees it and calls it out. Then they’re all up in arms about it, don’t recall the Pogba/Maguire/Sancho(to name a few) deals being broken down like that. Surprised his house price and fuel costs weren’t included. They have the audacity to suggest Pep is out of order with his comments, yet here they all are fully validating it. You couldn’t fuckin make it up haha.

Exactly.

Just skirt over the headlines etc and I just laugh. Like you say they peddle the untruth to cause opposition fans (mostly dippers & rags) to be drawn into clicking on the article and tap into their rage

£200 million deal over 5 years sounds good business to me. And that’s at it’s exaggerated best. I’d imagine that’s below the Lukaku deal.. How much has Pogba cost united over 6 years? £90m fee, £20m agent fee, £70m in wages?

I was in work today and had a bit of down time so I thought I'd have a cheeky look at the comments on the article about Pep's calling out of the media.
Plenty of Rag and Dipper trolls on there (even though they're not bothered about us) with their usual City Bingo cards
One Dipper referred to us as "cheats" so I reported this saying it was libellous and that CAS had cleared us.
As an experiment, I posted a comment referring to the Dippers as "FC Vicims"
Got 2 emails, first saying that the Dipper calling us cheats isn't libellous or a contravention of house rules.
Second email said my comment broke house rules.
So in other words, it's OK to call Manchester City cheats but it's not OK to refer to the skip rats as victims according to our unbiased national broadcaster.
The sooner this Rag and Dipper loving, nonce protecting excuse of a public broadcaster is defunded the better

Think Pogba was on 400k a wk so that’s £20m per annum, so in all £120m in wages, I could be wrong though.

As an experiment, try referring to them as cheats - which there is plenty evidence of, on and off the field - and see if that breaks their house rules
