rag comic.
Had MANUre had a better season Haaland would have gone to The Swamp? The fellah's demented. The RDAHMeedya might get the message that it wasn't 'the money', it was the same reason Foden sat on the bench for a season and a half waiting his chance - they are both City fans from the word go!

Pep calling out those who act like the money City spend is worse than the money utd and liverpool spend...

I sense a change recently in how we deal with the financial lies thrown at us. The club is doing what we want and coming out fighting. It may only be a small shift but you can clearly see the ambassadors and the boss challenging the narrative now and not staying quiet.

There has been a sea change hasn't there, perhaps the PL investigation will be announced shortly and we've been advised of the (favourable) outcome ahead of time?

I'd thought the same. Guardiola going at fans in the media felt like the semi-official encouragement to start pushing back.

Looks like Migs has found his angle ....... admirably outspoken!

Would this be the same Miguel Delaney that works at the Independent, a newspaper owned by Russian oligarch Evgeny Lebedev (who's father was a KGB officer), together with Sultan Muhammad Abuljadayel from Saudi Arabia who also owns a 30% stake. Come on Miguel let's see you being admirably outspoken about that situation.

I hope this is the case, but these c*nts will just find another stick to beat us with.

Whatever the outcome of the PL title you can be assured that they will throw everything at us next season again, from dodgy fixture planning/congestion to bent referring and trumped up disciplinary charges. We will be up against it from game one.

Hopefully we'll have enough in reserve to deal with it on and off the field.

rag comic.

This is fucking ridiculous. Talk about pure click-bait.

What Ronaldo actually said - the bit in quotes - was this.

"It is hard to choose just one player to say this one will be the best,” he said.

“But I think it is exciting to see this new generation of young players, like Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, who are coming through.

“Some players can have one or two great seasons, the really great players are the ones that keep doing it season after season, and that is not so easy to do.

“It takes a lot of hard work, and a lot of commitment.”

When did he come out with this incendiary stuff? May 2021.

Hold the fucking front page.

We’ve done it the hard way before and will do it again.
This transfer window is already looking amazing and we’re only just getting going.
Our squad is getting the refresher it needs to deal with any shit we get thrown.
I honestly believe next season we will have the best and deepest squad in the premier league.

To paraphrase: "When we have Etihad on our shirts it's overpaid.........if Utd or Liverpool get more because they have good business or the COO is a good negotiator, it's for the United States of America or another country, so that is perfect".

A not-so-subtle dig at the casual racism that we see directed at our owner. And he's absolutely right to call it out too.

It'll be interesting to see how we shuffle the pack in terms of EDS loans and and promotions into the first team.

Like you say, I think we'll have enough to challenge on all fronts.
