The fawning over Nunez has already begun, even though he hasn't signed yet.

No guessing, making up,or mentioning a figure involving his wages, bonuses, agents fees, etc.

And to top it off! Missing out on the PL by a point and losing in the CL final..... 'PROVES that Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool aren't missing much'.(just those 2 trophies for starers) The rest of the paragraph is even more toe curling. To think, Journalists come up with and get paid to write this bullsh*t.

Exactly.

Not sure if Italian but Charme are a European Private Equity Company with offices in London. The point,of course, it is a well established business practice and Nicky boy wants to make the most tenuous link ever to attack City.

I am not sure what his point is, actually.

Khaldoon should get Witherslack to sponsor City to send him completely over the edge. Otherwise i can't see how Mubadala making a return on its investment in Witherslack can be used to pay for Haaland, or anything else City related.

So, basically, bollocks.

Funny how the Telegraph never bring down the price we are paying for a player, by offsetting those to be sold ...

''Liverpool expect Bayern Munich to meet their valuation of more than £40m for 30-year-old Senegal forward Sadio Mane, which will help supply the funds to sign Nunez for about £60m''

The Rags could tempt Nunez to join them, it would be interesting to see how the Media report the Dipper’s loss if that happened. As we all know Dipper’s play for the shirt not the money so it could happen.

Top price they expect to get for Mane plus lowest price they would pay for Nunez, they’d report it as a net 20m spend, so deluded.

I noticed on Monday on SSN they said he had scored 23 goals last season. Yesterday it was 27 and today he's scored 33 last season. Wonder how many he will have scored by the time he actually signs.

So, they paint City a negative with so many twats suggesting Haaland won't fit the (current) Pep system, but for Nunez at lpool it's a bright new opportunity for a re-mould of their attacking style? Hypocritical cunts, again!

They cannot have it both ways, Uefa set out to destroy our club with printed out on A4 hacked information. Could you imagine the uproar if they had used illegally obtained information to nail Liverpool supporters for their alleged behaviour in Paris?

There is one rule for them and one rule for us, and that’s not to mention their ex chief exec leaking information to the press of what he thought the outcome would be.
Just for the record:
UEFA did not use the emails; they used Der Speigel‘s “reproduction” of the emails since found to have been manipulated.

Not even UEFA (who have checked our audited accounts for 14 years) have alleged City are "state-owned." This claim by Matt Hughes can be checked on Google within 30 seconds. We are very transparent about our ownership structure. These claims by the Daily Mail fit the perfect definition of fake news. Hughes appears to be a moron who doesn't know the difference between the Abu Dhabi Investment Fund (Sovereign Wealth Fund) and the Abu Dhabi United Group (owned by Sheikh Mansour) Perhaps, like others at the Mail, he has a problem with the ethnicity of our owner. After all "they all look the same don't they."
No excuse now. ADUG no longer own any CFG shares. The shares are owned by a company with a different name (see our accounts) but I dont know whether this is just a change of name or whether the sheik has hived CFG shares into a separate fund.

The new company is entirely owned by Mansour as per CFGs site.

Matt Hughes: "City are the only club other than Newcastle to benefit from state ownership, with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund owning 78 per cent."

It frustrates the life out of me when they come out with shit like this but for the sake of accuracy remember 2 things:

i) there are 2 SWFs - Abu Dhabi Investment Authority assets c $820 billion and Mubadala assets c $240 billion.

ii) from July 2021, CFG’s ultimate parent undertaking is Newton Investment and Development LLC, a company registered in Abu Dhabi and also wholly owned by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan - so not a SWF :)

Minority shareholdings in Newton are Silver Lake with 14.54% and China Media Capital with 8.24%
Correct. Do you know whether ADUG has simply changed its name or there has been some hiving off of CFG shares? Is it now the case that Newton is the parent company of all of CFG or just Mansour’s holding?
PS. I had missed the post from City about Newton. Is it technically correct?

I'm slightly confused, was it a bad thing when Italians(?) owned Witherslack or is it only the case now that Arabs own it? I presume Nicky boy had already written an expose on them?
Lesson No. 42. Italians are white, (sort off) therefore good
Arabs are a) illegal North african immigrants terrorising scousers
b) grinning beards
c) terrorists.
