Could anyone give details about said abuse? Hopefully it might make Delaney think twice before he peddles his shit but I doubt it!
Makes me laugh when they act all horrified & playing the victim when shit like this happens after years of talking shit against the club/fans.
If you keep sticking your dick in a whore eventually you're gonna catch a dose!

Sorry , I absolutely condone any abuse that the snake Delooney received in Instanbul
And I hope it continues next season
Nah its regrettable because it makes the content provider look relevant.
That's why that numpty Nick Harris is going on about it,all look at me shit.

The vast majority of us blues are more open minded than bellends like Delaney and his mates.

Ignore,ignore,ignore.

And ignoring him would have had no effect to the good either, so fuck him and the horse he rode in on.
I think ignoring them causes far more damage to them (both personally and professionally/economically) than abusing them.

They absolutely hate being treated like no marks.

They act outraged but they absolutely LOVE when they get abused online and in person, because it reinforces their persecution complex and gets them sympathy and support from the masses against the “Neanderthal City supporters”.

Just playing in to their hands by abusing them.

Yeah.
Ignoring and patronising them is the way to hurt egotistical nobs like Delaney and his little chums.
Treat them like the unimportant chancers they are.

I agree about online for sure as I refuse to engage, but if they're going to turn up at our matches and expect to be treated politely then I've got no sympathy whatsoever.
Yeah, but I think there is a difference between being treated impolitely (actively ignoring them, not answering questions if asked, giving them only the minimum amount of courtesy that should be afforded to another human being if you have to interact with them, etc) and actively abusing them.

The former infuriates them because they can’t write about us being knuckle-dragging shills for autocrats ruining football.

The latter is their wet dream because it plays right in to their persecution and “City supporters are stupid and dangerous” narrative.

They go on tweet storms and the podcast circuits when we abuse them, with all the ammo they need to paint us as the enemy of football and civilisation more generally.

Like I said before, the act outraged when they abused, but they actually absolutely love it. Everything they do now is to get that treatment, as it just gives them more exposure and legitimacy.

I just don’t want to give them the satisfaction.

It would of been - “ will Bellingham fit in at City “ the exact same question when Haaland signed.
Exactly this.

There would have been articles and show segments about how he would get fewer minutes, Pep would play him out of position and waste his talent, that he was just using us as a stepping stone to play for Real Madrid, how he was on an unconscionable 750k/week but also should be paid more, how he was unhappy with his minutes (after being the player with the third highest minutes in all comps on the team behind Haaland and Edderson), etc.

We shall go on to the end. We shall treat them politely in France, we shall actively ignore them on the seas and oceans, we shall refuse to answer their questions with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our club, whatever the cost may be, whilst showing them the minimum amount of courtesy that should be afforded to another human being if you have to interact with them.
We shall ignore them on the beaches, we shall ignore them on the landing grounds, we shall ignore them in the fields and in the streets, we shall ignore them in the hills; we shall never actively shout nasty things at them.

That will teach them.

I hope you aren’t seriously comparing them to the Nazis… ;-)
