Another thick posh bastard who doesn't realise that City's accounts have been independently audited and verified scores of times in the past ten years by the PL, UEFA, our biggest investors (like Silverlake), and an army of lawyers. He's an Observer columnist who used to work at the BBC so that probably explains why he doesn't check his facts before opening his privileged mouth.
