Harris should be reporting that FFP has forced clubs to do deals where they can maximise their money.
Club EARNS £100m and spends £80m on 2/3 players. Despite said club being able to afford to spend much more 'rules' brought in by 'rivals' say that you can only spend what you earn!
It then buys 4/5 youngsters at a cost of £10m (a small amount in todays market) investing in their potential growth.
Some it works for, some we lose just like stocks and shares. BUT the wins (like Jack Harrison, Pablo Mari) make the deals worthwhile.

I don't pretend to understand BIG Business but what little I do know they look to maximise future profits by investment, just like individuals invest in the stock market.

So maybe Arris should be questioning why said club was forced to do this?

The good thing is she said she wouldn't pay good money to watch City, though I doubt she has ever opened her purse to watch any game and another added bonus is she won't be turning up and frightening young children.
An angry, envious, bitter and irrationally hateful woman.

A shameful and shameless excuse of a 'professional journalist'.

Imagine living in her miserable world of denial, delusion and entitlement.

I hope she and her fellow racist lies suffer years of painful mental torture, misery and stress.

Fuck em all,dog shit wankers !!

Seems he would prefer if we had a shit accademy and produced one player every so often while others end up with dreams gone and working as window cleaners rather than us having one of the best facilities around, young talent being nurtured and those that don't progress getting a chance elsewhere and having a decent career due to the various connections and links a multi-club set up offers

"The 36 'stockpile stars' cost City a total of £99.67m in fees paid and, so far, have earned £87m in fees recouped."

hahahahahahahahahahahahaha ALL this and we ended up breaking even? What's the point of this article I am dying
So, basically, City are 'exploiting' a 'loophole' that is costing us money.

Or Prince Harry. His brother is a Villa fan, maybe Harry should become a City fan to piss off his brother and the daily mail.
On a serious note dont think Harry likes football seems more of a rugby man.
Always heard Harry was an Arsenal fan, heard one of Andrews daughters is a blue, thank god its not the man himself.
