Given that Nick himself resorted to sending me personal, abusive text messages late at night, he should perhaps pipe down and practice what he preaches.
Insulted me and then blocked me on Twitter after I very respectfully challenged some of his highly dubious financial claims concerning City, as well.

Came back the next day and found he had screenshot quoted a post of mine, which literally said I didn’t believe he fully understood accounting standards (nothing untoward at all), and his minions had reported my account on mass as abusive.

Took me a week to appeal and get back on. By then, though, I had gone off Twitter and I am barely on now.

It was the beginning of my understanding exactly how he operates and how he tries to bait blues in to amplifying his work and legitimising him as an entity.

They need to be held to account for the anti-City bullshit that they publish, and held to account in whatever way works.
But not violence.

Beside it being abhorrent, discussing it on here opens the forum up to all manner of danger if some idiot decides to do the unthinkable.

Loves the scousers though doesn't he mate? He's a chancer and is playing a victim card after being a **** for years.

This for me is him inciting twitter, but to what end? He needs verbally eviscerating, words he speaks have consequences.

Let's try to keep the threats of physical violence out of the thread, please. By all means, slag them off. But threats of physical harm don't reflect well on the forum. Thanks.
He'd actually thrive if it happened. The mentally unhinged prick is better ignored.

Delooney, can I ask you a question?

What exactly did you expect from City fans in Instanbul after spending years slagging the club and fans off? A cold beer and a plate of sandwiches? Unfortunately you weren’t in the safety of the Press box at the Etihad. And you weren’t going to be protected by security staff. Go and fuck yourself. That goes for Harris and all the other WhatsApp cunts!

“Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham:

"UEFA - what a disgrace, leaving #ManCity fans to walk miles to get to the ground. No transport, no nothing. We saw what they did last year in Paris and all the arrangements there that failed thousands and thousands of #Liverpool supporters and #RealMadrid supporters," he said.

"But again, they pick these grounds, I think, for these games on the basis of politics or who they please. They give no regard for the arrangements of the travelling supporters. I saw pictures of #ManchesterCity fans walking miles down roads to try and get there. It's not acceptable. #UEFA, you are a disgrace.

"You need to up your game and you need to treat people properly when they travel thousands of miles around the world and pay your ticket prices. This is a bureaucracy that makes absolute millions out of English football supporters but is never held to account. We need to call them out.

"They let down #MCFC supporters massively last weekend.

And thankfully, it didn't ruin their weekend. But they do it year after year to English football supporters and we've had enough of it. We need change from UEFA and I think we really should join forces and send that message loud and clear to them.”

In the captivating world of football journalism, a curious phenomenon has emerged as pundits, donning their pens/tweets as swords, venture into uncharted territories armed with scant knowledge. Opinions, draped in the garb of absolute truth, are unleashed like a daring provocateur prodding a slumbering bear.

Yet, when the bear awakens and fans respond with hostility, these pundits feign shock and dismay. It's a delightful comedy of errors, where bias meets ignorance, reminding us of the importance of fair reporting and the folly of assuming one's opinions are infallible truths.

What is it they say about broken clocks?

Jokes aside fair play, its a statement the club should have came out with.
