Given that his remarks have no basis in fact, his legal challenge is doomed. If City were to counter sue, saying Klopp’ss remarks imply that City’s accounts are falsified, that would be fun.'taking action to clear his name' - so essentially klopp is offended, not ashamed, it isn't his fault, and he's actually the victim?
