Looks like the Athletic are struggling and people are buying coffees..

I wouldn't read it if it was free so I'm definitely not paying a quid.
It's a shame really, their coverage of US sports is fantastic and then when branching into Europe they just hired the worst, most inane rag and dipper fanboys and schills going.

Prefer being a stuck up prick and buying everything possible off the local butchers/ greengrocers/fishmongers myself.
Supermarkets are for buying detergent and binbags etc.
Nothing stuck up about supporting your local fresh food emporium my friend. Its a national scandal that the supermarkets who killed off your local butchers & fishmongers over many years, have now closed their "deli" offerings in recent months/years.

Tesco/Asda/Aldi/Sainsburys hang your fucking heads in shame.

And don't start me on Amazon.

Anyway, back on topic.

`Erling Haaland`s City goals and the records broken`

A feature:-

Meanwhile on the same web page -

"Pesky rodents, overflowing toilets and a leaky roof "

The inside story of Old Trafford as covered in the media (21/03/23) - " It's embarrassing walking in here and seeing rust and roofs leaking. It feels small-time" , complained one of the Swamp Dwellers on Sunday before Fulham blew their deserved lead.

Here is the link -

The stadium and fans are alike - primitive.

Enjoy.
Watched the rag clip, could they not find anyone from Trafford or Stretford to talk to or interview

Amazon are OK. No queues and it allows me to be an antisocial **** and stay home with the dogs and not leave the house. Work, Wife and kids leave me all peopled out these days so that's ideal.

Pathetic coverage of us - we only get one club reporter while the other less successful clubs get 3-4. Why do Spurs need 4 reporters? Plus they’ve pulled the plug on the City podcast.

The whole profession of “Journalism” is finished these days -the only way these people can get employment nowadays as as mouthpieces for the preferred Agenda -whatever that is -and particularly in Sports Journalism that means Clickbait. True Investigative Journalism is a thing of the past -with increasingly rare exceptions.
