To be fair I don’t have an issue with that.

As you say they are bigging up EH and as many have said on here that we need to win the CL to get that monkey off our back.

After many years of domestic success, yes it can be easily debated that we are under pressure to win it.
took ferguscum 7 years to win his first league title , 13 years to win his 1st CL and I dont recall any pressure from the media at the time , the only pressure coming from the fans who wanted him sacked after 3 years

@twosips going off on Tariq Panja on Twitter after that NYTimes interview with Mbappe and I think he's spot on.

I don't think any of us should take a blind bit of notice of Tariq Panja. He had an hour with arguably the biggest global superstar in the sport, plays for a club owned by Qatar and 'didn't have time' to ask him any questions about Qatar and 'Sportswashing'.
That was quite convenient for him!!!

We all know how this works in real life away from (his) social media account and clicks. He was protecting his job. He was never going to ask Mbappe awkward questions about Qatar and their human rights record. Doing that would have finished him as a journalist (journalist?) as far as Qatar and PSG were concerned. Hopefully Qatar will invite him to the World Cup and cause him further moral issues. Not that he had any of those after meeting Mbappe, whic was organised by Qatar and PSG. F*cking two faced hypocrite.

We all know the games being played when it comes to sportwashing by crackpot shrills like Panja. He takes dirty money from evil regimes when it suits and spouts all sorts of crap at their behest and when he gets his grubby interviews he is quiet as a mouse.

Another snake to go along with the looney gang.

They must enjoy making money and faking moral outrage. Greedy cunts need taken off social media.
