I was there yesterday, and it was definitely City fans. It was just people on the concourse though, pissed up and unaware that the minute silence had started. They should probably have known, mind you, or the stewards should’ve told them. We still got booed by the Wolves fans for it though.

He's a liar. Both goals are on youtube for anyone to judge. The Cruyff one (against Atleti) was much easier. The ball was much lower, not moving as fast, and Cruyff was totally unmarked at the far post. Haaland's was a much more diffcult chance. The ball travelled much further and much faster, Haaland got between two defenders trying to challenge him, and the ball was much higher in the air. There is no comparison beteen the goals. Some dishonest people in the media are determined to find a negative in everything that City do. You have to question their motives.
EDIT: Just realised that Crooks has not even got the right goal. Pep said it was against Athletico Madrid (and that has been shown widely in the media) but Crooks mentions a different (even easier) goal v Brazil (for Holland?). He is a fucking moron. He hasn't even checked the footage.

Cheers for that - I'd just watched the Cruyff goal against Brazil and it's not at all a comparable goal.

The goal against Atletico is a very good comparison - in terms of technique but as you eluded to, Haaland is grappli for space with the centre halves and does unbelievably well to get close to getting a foot on it.

Both great goals, just enjoy them Garth FFS...........

We've got a manager who doesn't know what he's doing other than using a cheque book. Every player is either not as good, or as good value for money, as a player that has just joined a rival team. We can't defend, and all the goals we score are tap ins or aren't as good as our rivals.
How the fuck do we manage to keep winning things? It's a real mystery.
