Different standards for different clubs, our all conquering Premier league champions are deemed as failures as non of them have come back with a World Cup. On the Trafford side of things Maguire looked alright as he had John Stones to hold his hand, Rashford is now Mbappe due to the fact he turned up for one game which was against championship level players. I could believe it is real. It's the kind of shite that was often common currency years before the Good Sheikh arrived and one reason why I binned the MUEN a long time ago. Winning five titles in six years is plainly better and more of an achievement than four in five years. It’s the same reason items signifying wedding anniversaries generally increase in value as time passes. There is clearly a story in there that is capable of holding a positive narrative, if there was the will to express it.

Unfortunately the coffee over paper won’t bother the MUEN one bit. They are not going away anytime soon.
Like most papers it’s hard circulation number has dived. But it is one of the most successful online brands with one reason being the back page you posted. It clearly appeals to the red gammons worldwide and attracts the clicks from those it annoys and offends.
The back page is a perfect example.
