Well if the rumours are true and they going to revamp the stadium or even build a new one and improve the academy plus big investment in the men and women’s team that’s a big thing that will in the long run improve them! But when your bidding for a club you have to put in what you plan to do! Like Chelsea they agreed to put 1.5b aside for players purchases and infrastructure!
