People who are saying Mangala would prefer Chelsea but I've never seen one direct quote from the lad

But Mangala told BeinSport: "City or Chelsea? Chelsea because it's London. It's true that I love the Premier League, it is a spectacular league.

Wow what a bastard! How dare he want to live in London instead of Manchester, it's not like London is the greatest city on earth along with New York or anything... Oh wait, it is.

He hasn't disrespected us. He hasn't said he prefers Chelsea as a club or sporting project. All he has basically said is London > Manchester which is what 99% of foreigners would say.

The press have engineered this so once he signs for us they can say " MANGALA SIGNS FOR CITY AGAINST HIS WILL. DEFENDER WANTED UNITED OR CHELSEA INSTEAD." They do it every single time. Can't believe some people are still bothered by it.

Good job Aguero, Dzeko, Yaya and Silva were never put on the spot with "City or [more established club]?" type questions before they joined, or the narrow-minded folk wouldn't have wanted them either. Aguero wanted to join Real Madrid, luckily for us Atletico won't do business with them!
