Melbourne City FC Thread

Should have been 3-2 to Melbourne Victory.

No goal line technology , ball clearly over the line.

Lets hope we ride our luck we are getting bummed this second half much like it will be tomorrow I fear.

Isn't the 2nd sending off from this player Caceras? And isn't that the one City signed what a month ago? Is he loaned to Melbourne to make them practice 10 vs 11?

Good for Australian football there is a derby at Melbourne. And yet the CFG is all wrong to the ones not being part of it.

Funny old game today so far, now 1-1 but City all over Central Coast but can't find the net again.

Should be 3/4-1 so far easily.

Penno to City and an oppo has a bad injury, wobbly broken ankle, it's a bit too early for that sort of thing.

Good result in the end. Fornaroli had a rare off day and Mooy still isnt reaching his heights of the early season (just the lazy 2 goals and an assist today).

Much needed win. After 1 point out of a possible 9 it's good to get a win. The first half was fairly pedestrian and we played with little intensity or urgency got hit on a counter and we we were wasteful infront of goal.

Second half much better and the group lifted their work rate and actually looked like they wanted a win. To score 4 second half goals is also a great achievement. All that in the context of us playing the bottom team.

Got the nix away this Friday and they have improved recently. Will be a weird time with a 5:30 Melbourne time ko.

Not sure if this is the end of our mini slump and the start of a few good results or just a good win against a weak team followed by a loss.

Whatever, just need to win to stay in touch with still the hope of a top 2 finish.

Also I haven't really noticed before but whats with all these ads can hadly see what I'm posting really annoying.
