LIVERPOOL

A stinking shithole of a city populated by the lowest people on the planet. If you arrive at Lime Street Station take my advice and get on the first train out to anywhere else. This place makes downtown Baghdad look like Venice at the height of summer. As soon as you step out of Lime Street you are greeted by a decaying concrete monstrosity and the most chavs you will ever see in one place. True there are a couple of decent buildings but would you travel to Kabul to see one pretty building?

Forget anything you have heard about scouse humour. If your idea of comedy is robbing grannies, begging in the street, sniffing glue, stabbing anyone for anything or shoplifting then you will have a ball. Otherwise stay away.

Another warning is avoid these scumbags when they travel abroad. I live in Amsterdam and due to those twats at easyjet these arseholes can now travel abroad quite cheaply. They are easy to spot as they come here with a pair of shell suit bottoms and a liverpool FC top. They generally hunt in packs ie they come in a bar bringing a liverpool flag, sing for an hour and fuck off. They are hated by all (especially the dutch)and should not be allowed passports. Build a wall round the place and do everybody a favour.
Professional mourners too.

Aren't you the lad that works for the Merseyside Tourist Board?

your fans become more like uniteds everyday- that smug arrogance that the red half of both cities possess, will erode all that is good about city.ask a city fan of a certain age and you will understand the lows that most have gone through in supporting a non-achieving team. i know a few city fans , and your opinions would amuse them no end. this argument crops up constantly and always ends up in the same way. can take the vermin, granny robbing jibes but ginger no way!!
all this 'your getting more like United' actually means were no longer a mid-table run of the mill club thats going nowhere,a bit like Everton

Ginger? Can't say I've heard any ginger stereotypes regarding scousers. The curly, black perms, and moustaches, yes.

You kind of contradict yourself. You first say we're becoming more like United everyday, then say the City fans you know aren't like this. I don't buy into the cringeworthy "its your cup final" cliche that has come about, I find it very arrogant, but we wont become like that lot, I'm sure.

city have won nothing yet and as any city fan knows it can smack you in the face very quickly. i do not need anyone to remind me of evertons failings as i watch it on a far too regular basis. city are nowhere near the finished article at the moment and thats not a dig its a fact. as for the city itself a short stroll up oldham street does not differ in the slightest from a stroll off lime street. as for the tracksuits and liverpool tops coming off easyjet ?? was that not a harry enfield sketch!

Far from the finished article, you're correct. I've made it clear that I think we won't be the finished article until possibly 2014, to which loads of blues diagreed with me and told me we should be the finished article now after spending £XXxxxxxx. Almost all pundits give us shit for that as well as they think we should benwinning the league by now. Also opposition fans love to song the songs about us not winning owt as they also think we'd be better than we actually are (but it will be very sweet when we start to give teams a good hiding on a regular basis in five years time).

And you're right about Manchester we have some of the roughest neighbourhoods in Britain, we have about five of the top 15 poorest 'wards' in the country (topping the list with Benchill in Wythenshawe) and actually have more crime per head of population than any city in the UK (that was on North West Tonight last year). So there's no way us Mancunians can have a dig at Liverpool for that.

its ironic for either residents to slag off the others based on crime, in the same way i could never compare our team or stadium to yours. so we play to our strengths which is the only way we can compete. it may not be fair to the purists but its the only way. i do not base our season on results v city. we struggle against teams we should beat, and sooner moyes takes his negativity away the better

Id be gloating if i was an Everton fan as well.

They have fuck all money and yet they still beat us.

Sure Gollum is a bitter fucker still over the Lescott transfer but he keeps on getting the job done against us and fair play to him and Everton for that.

The game was there for the taking yesterday but we did our usual and didn't show up 2nd half.

i think mancini never got a result against us when he played for leicester either. its a weird statistic if true. might explain how we rile him as a club. most everton fans have no real hatred of city fans per se - the bitterness escalated over the lescott saga.
