Messi vs Ronaldo

Messi's style suits barca, therefore he is in a way more effective than tranny. But put him in a team that has a different playing style, then he is more or less an average player (ie Argentina national team). Tranny on the other hand has played in 3 different set ups and has been effective in all 3 (rags, madrid and portugal) so i say tranny for me. I still hate the greasy **** though ;)

Oh deary me, You shouldn't be allowed to have a opinion on football

When Ronaldo outscored Messi every one said his goals don't matter because he didn't win any thing with Real Madrid now when Messi out scores Ronaldo but hasn't when anything this season then people use the goals argument.

#1 messi would never leave Barcelona. He has been there all his life, is paid ludicrous amounts of money, has friends for life there and he obviously loves the club

#2 messi would be wasted in the premier league. Hypothetically if he came to England he may still be the best player in the world but Barcelona's style of play and the Spanish league itself maximizes his potential.

#3 Ronaldo would come to city due to his apparent disillusionment at Madrid. Also, he has openly said he wouldn't rule out a move to city.

#4 in Spain, Ronaldo will always be seen as second best (to messi), moving to a different league will be beneficial for him because he could assert his dominance as the best player in the league thus earning him better recognition globally

#5 ronaldo is premiership proven.

Dear C. Ronaldo

Messi netted a glorious free kick again from 35 yards!!! when you take free-kicks, try to hit the ball on target, Not outside the stadium. Thanks

For your practice: watch Messi stunner!!!

Exactly. Ronaldo needs us and a different league where he's appreciated and we could use him it could be a perfect fit.

for once Merson is right, Ronaldo deserves more respect then he gets in Spain but he will never get that playing in the same league as Messi and that's bound to make anyone unhappy when he can't be seen as his own individual.

You was saying?

It's not about choosing one but to just be happy with getting either one to this football club we should be grateful and right now it's easier to get Ronaldo.

Messi everyday.

He is miles better than Ronaldo, He works hard for the team and doesn't throw a tantrum like Ronaldo.

Messi is a level above imo. Yes a level above. Ronaldos stats are amazing, but he's like superman out there...power, strength and efficiency. Messi is an artist who brings smile to people, technically he's far better, much better team player and creats/assists far more. mainly because Messi have no problem playing in a team mate who's in better position, while Ronaldo is obsessed with his numbers. he took twice as many shots last season than messi...that says everything
